I received this from service@paypal.com. After I purchase something I get a similar receipt. But, I have not bought anything or used paypal recently, so I was suspicious. I went to my my paypal account to check if there were any charges and there were not. There is a link at the bottom of this message that says “dispute transaction”.
When I hovered over the URL it was going to go to some strange location. I’m sure if I clicked the dispute transaction it would have asked me for my login info and stole my paypal account and started draining it.
Be careful out there.
